Really nice coat for a online purchase

I\'ve ordered tailored burgundy coat and it fits nicely. Since my last order (yes, I\'m returning customer) they\'ve got more reliable logistics partner and shipping went much smoother this time. However, there are 2 things they can still improve. There were few excessive threads here and there. You can easily remove them with scissors and it\'s great product. Just a good Quality Control should catch that. My previous order was flawless in this respect so I suspect that has been due to overload from Black friday this went through. Second thing is that they have a glitch on website and my measurements were not accepted as I entered them. Their customer support was great and lady that helped me is so nice I could marry her. Everything was happily resolved yet I had to do some extra effort. I hope they fix issue on the website soon since I plan to order again.
